Lt. Joshua and Samantha Bromley of Alexandria, VA, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Emma Lily, on Oct. 10, 2004 at Bethesda Naval Hospital, Bethesda, Maryland, weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Joan Brewer of Cape May Court House, New Jersey, and the late Samuel Brewer.
Paternal grandparents are Debra Bromley of Gowanda and Richard E. Bromley of Perrysburg.
Paternal great-grandparents are Joseph and Jeanette Sternisha of Gowanda, Vivian Bromley of Perrysburg and Maurice and Connie Tussing of Cattaraugus.
