Dancers to entertain Aug. 12

     To help celebrate the arrival of the Cattaraugus County Bicentennial Wagon Train in Gowanda, Aug. 12, The Buffalo Creek Dancers will perform at the Gowanda Moose Club at 8 p.m.

     Having traveled and performed at many schools, colleges, festivals and Pow-Wows throughout the United States and Canada, the Buffalo Creek Dancers present a colorful and lively demonstration of native American traditional dances.

     The purpose of the 34-member group is to promote cultural traditions, enlighten and reinforce the spiritual values of Native Americans.

     The Buffalo Creek Dancers will be part of the welcoming ceremony, which begins at 7:30p.m.
