On Friday, Oct. 21 at the Gowanda Panthers Varsity Football game, the Gowanda Sports Boosters Club will be honoring the memory of Sue Gabel. For over a decade, Gabel was a supportive fan of the Gowanda Panthers. She attended every game to cheer on her three sons, Mike, Lonny and Sean, and the rest of the Panthers. She was a true fan!

     Everyone knew Sue was at the game because of the ringing of her cowbell.

     At this game, cowbells will be offered to all the Panther fans with the proceeds to benefit Gowanda Sports Boosters Club. Sue’s spirit lives on and she will be remembered every time the bell is heard.
