Pulling Power - The first-ever North Haven Truck and Tractor Pull was held on Sunday, Sept. 19 at the Strawberry Fields Café in Chaffee. This event was held to benefit North Haven Therapeutic Riding and Aquatic Center. The owners of Strawberry Fields Café provided the area to hold the event and helped to make this a success. Empire State Pullers provided the drivers. Many organizations provided food for the concession stand. Many businesses supported North Haven by becoming sponsors for the event. There were also businesses and individuals who provided items to be used in the Chinese auction. North Haven staff thanks the drivers who participated and all the volunteers who gave up their day to help make this a very successful event.
