Gowanda Summer Recreation staff


     The Summer Recreation staff members have supplied the Gowanda PennySaver/News with their personal profiles to introduce themselves to the community. Each week we will feature several individuals. This week we introduce Anthony Hooper, Meghan Hinkley and Briana Snyder.
Anthony Hooper
Anthony Hooper

     Anthony Hooper, nickname “Tony,” is a North Collins High School student who plans on continuing his education at Wyotech for auto body.      His motto is: “Play sports and stay in school.”      What he enjoys most about being part of the Summer Recreation Program: “The pool, because I love water.”

Meghan Hinkley
Meghan Hinkley

     Meghan Hinkley, Meg, is a SUNY Oneonta student majoring in mass communications and minoring in business communications. Her future plans include earning her master’s degree in higher education administration and being the director of an admissions office at the college level.      Her words of wisdom: “Always smile!”      What she enjoys most about being part of the Summer Recreation Program: “Spending time with the kids and helping them learn new games and skills.”

Briana Snyder
Briana Snyder

     Briana Snyder, nickname “Bri-Lee,” will be a senior this fall at Gowanda Central School. Following graduation, she intends to attend college.

     Her motto: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”

     What she enjoys most about being part of the Summer Recreation Program: “Helping the kids swim.”
