Independence Day Decor - Gowanda’s beautiful Chang-Hu Park was all decked out for the July 4th holiday. The first in the summer concert series was held on Thursday, July 1. Concerts will be held every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. through the end of August. Sponsored by the Gowanda Area Chamber of Commerce, “Music In the Park” is funded by the villages of Gowanda, Dayton and Perrysburg and the towns of Collins, Perrysburg and Persia. Concerts are free and open to the public.
