Promoting Literacy - A $300 donation from the Children and Youth Committee of the American Legion Post 409 Auxiliary in Gowanda will be used for purchasing books, according to Gowanda Middle School Librarian Michelle Kujawinski. The money was collected for the library through a series of 50/50 raffles conducted by the auxiliary.
