Senseless Destruction - The Gowanda community was disheartened to see what was left of the once-beautiful sign at Chang Hu Park, after vandals broke or cut it recently. The sign symbolized the volunteer community effort to plan, plant and maintain the garden park, which was part of the old Wilhem estate and donated to the village by admired Gowanda physicians Dr. Irene Hu and the late Dr. Ronald Chang.    (Photo by Karen Blake.)
