Open For Business - A temporary postal trailer opened to Versailles residents April 16. Approximately 300 postal box holders were able to pick up their mail locally again, saving them a trip to Perrysburg. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, instrumental in getting a facility up and running following a devastating fire of the original post office, comments, “The opening of the temporary post office in Versailles is a testament to the strength and commitment of the local community. I welcome the temporary facility and I look forward to working with the United States Postal Service and the community to resolve the issue of a permanent replacement for the post office.” (Photo by Mary Pankow.)
