Halloween Costume Judging in Gowanda

With temperatures in the upper 60s, hundreds of youngsters don their costumes and trick-or-treat throughout the Village of Gowanda. Before going for the goodies, however, cider and donuts are enjoyed at the fire hall and the traditional costume judging takes place. Costumes range from the comical and cute to the scary and grotesque, displaying a broad spectrum of creativity.
