Winged Beauties - The third grade at St Joseph School is studying the life cycle of the Painted Lady butterfly. They have studied the life cycle from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly. After observing and identifying the butterfly body parts and how they function, the students release the butterflies back into their natural world.
