Award Winners - On Sept. 21, the Gowanda Rifle Club had an awards presentation at its annual Turkey Shoot. Trophies were presented to 13 shooters who qualified in this summer's monthly rifle matches. Each match consisted of 30 rounds fired - 10 prone, 10 sitting or kneeling and 10 off-hand. To qualify for a trophy, the shooter had to compete in at least three matches. Winners in the picture are as follows, from left, kneeling: Leo Gassman, Fulvia Stampone, Bruno Stampone and Celeste Allen.
