Collins Library activitiesMulticultural Masks, a hands-on introduction to the use of masks around the world, will be offered on Saturday, Sept. 27 (10:30 to 11:30 a.m.) Kumihimo, an introduction to the ancient Japanese weaving art used to make cords for samurai swords and kimonos, will be offered on Saturday, Oct. 4 (10:30 to 11:30 a.m.). Enrollment is limited, and reservations are required. The Family Story Hour series (Mondays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.) will begin on Saturday, Oct. 11. The 10-week fall program is offered by Kathy Schultz and is intended for children 3 -10 years of age. Parents are encouraged to make reservations for their children.
