Thomas Urbank wins award

Prize winner

     Thomas Urbank, Delphi Thermal Systems Development engineer, traveled to Chicago Museum of Science and Industry to accept an award as a grand prize winner in the 23rd Design Competition on behalf of Delphi.

     A new Auto DeFog Sensor was developed and patented by Urbank and Tim King, sensor engineer, Delphi Packard.

     The story was featured in the March issue of "Design News", a magazine which recognizes the best in engineering through their dedication technical abilities and passion for their work.

     Urbank, a Gowanda Central School graduate of the Class of 1981, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Urbank of Gowanda.
