Thomas John Kirchner, a junior majoring in philosophy at the University of Rochester, has been named to the Dean’s List for academic achievement for the spring 2004 semester. Kirchner, son of Douglas and Dianna Kirchner, is a resident of Cattaraugus and a graduate of Cattaraugus Central School.
