Academic kudos ....

     President Dennis L. Hefner announced that approximately 1,275 students at the State University of New York at Fredonia have been named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2003 semester.

     Dean’s List students have earned a grade point average of at least 3.30 or higher for the semester out of a possible 4.0 while carrying a full-time minimum course load of at least 12 credit hours.

     Named to the Dean’s List were: Jennifer Douglas, Keri Wienk and Amanda Martin, all of Cattaraugus; Mark Burr, Taryn Carmell, Kimberly Flagg, Keegan Novack, Abigail Wesley, Justin Bruyer, Stephanie Luther and Amy Mohawk, all of Gowanda; Kathleen Ellis, of Leon; Kristen Cueto and Julia Glovack, both of Perrysburg; Elizabeth Ivett, Lisa Meyers, Dawn Scharf and Kevin Volk, all of South Dayton; Eric Meslinsky, Melissa Morosey and Thomas Foster, all of North Collins; and Emily Tallchief of Brant.
