Academic kudos ....

Kristy Faulring of North Collins, a senior majoring in communications design in the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University, is among the talented students who perform in ECHO, the music ministry group at John G. Alibrandi Catholic Center.

The John G. Alibrandi Catholic Center is the home of Catholic campus ministry at Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. The Center serves more than 4,000 Catholic students at an exciting and formative time in their lives. In addition to providing worship services, the John G. Alibrandi Catholic Center offers religious education, social events, and opportunities for students to engage in community service projects.

ECHO performs at each of the four weekend Masses held at the center. The group provides liturgical support by leading worshippers through a variety of songs and prayers. In addition to singing, students will play a wide range of musical instruments during a Mass.
